Research & Develpment
（1）Experiment Center
The experiment center covers an area of 500 square meters. It is equipped with high voltage SVG and SVC testing facility, which could make sure the products pass the national standard, the industry standard and the enterprise standard. All of those could contribute to 100% quality rate.
The testing center could do the high voltage commissioning on the thyristor valve block. During the commissioning, infrared thermometer could track the thermal components such as the SCR, resistor and capacitor to make sure those meet the running requirements.
The testing center was equipped with the emulation program which could realize dynamic, static and three phase unbalance working modes. It could further verify the working status of the control system.
The testing center has sufficient experiment items, which could finish the AC high voltage holding test, the impulse voltage test, temperature-rise test and over current test etc.
（2） Product View
Ten years, striving in the electric industry, contribute to our achievement. We always involved the concept of energy saving and environment saving in the design of our product. The product could apply in both emerging industry and traditional industry such as wind power industry, solar power industry, steel industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, petroleum industry and electrical power industry etc.
（3）Research Team
Our product’s advantage and independent core technique relay on the ten years’ development and endeavor. Shi Xinchun, professor of NCEPU, is the leader of this research team. Besides, many of the staffs in this team get bachelor and master degree from key universities, such as NCEPU, SHMTU, Yanshan University and Hebei University of Technology. There are four senior engineers, three PHD, one PHD candidate and fifteen masters. The whole research team is young, tough, energetic and innovative.
（4）Technical Support
Besides the internal research team, we have intimate cooperation with NCEPU and fully taken the advantage of NCEPU. It pours in new bloods for our products. We transform the high technology of University into advanced products. By this way we possess the most advanced technology and the largest market share.
（5） Innovation
After ten years development, Sifang Sanyi has formed unique management system and built a series of project management items such as research, evaluation, implementation, cost budget, process monitoring and acceptance. We also establish innovation system which based on the performance system and combined the salary & job title system. The risk control management is formed in order to keep each risk under control. We also set up a virtuous cycle innovative strategic management system which covers production, reserve, development and planning. All of those lead the company to an energy saving road in the electric and electricity field. At the same time it pushes the company to keep on innovation and steady development.
（6）New Beginning, New Challenge
In May 2012, we recombined with Beijing Sifang Automation CO.LTD and become its wholly-owned subsidiary. We will take this opportunity and make full use of its human resource, advanced technology and perfect management system to make a bright future.
