Baoding Sifang Sanyi Electric Co., Ltd. established in April 2000, registered capital of RMB 48 million, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Sifang Automation Co., Ltd.(stock code 601126). The company is a modern high-tech enterprise engaged in research, development, production and sales，mainly manufactured power and electronics products.

The company located in Baoding high-tech new development zone know as “China valley”, covering an area of 27000 square meters as our first plant area. In 2011, the company constructed new plant covering an area 80000 square meters, overall floorage are 84000 square meters, 69000 square meters of which are for production area, including modern research building, standard workshops, modern PCB lab, high-voltage SVC lab, etc. Approved by Baoding Science and Technology Bureau, Finance Bureau, the Development and Reform Commission, it got government financial support to set up “Baoding large power HF power source engineering technology research center”. In July 2012, the new plant put into use.
